A smaller coil to get in amongst thick scrub, tussocks, and rocky terrain. Extremely sensitive and still capable of good depth for its size. The 8×6″ Mono coil, dubbed the “Sadie” is so small and light that you can carry it in a small backpack when swinging a larger coil, and use the Sadie as a pin-pointer on those deep targets.

Compatibility:

Suits all Minelab PI units from the SD2000 to the GPX5000, AlgoForce E1500, Whites TDI and QED.

“One of the smallest mono coils on the market, the 8×6″ Sadie is the obvious choice for working very scrubby terrain, around large rocks, and for poking around creek bedrock and crevices. Being a small footprint coil it is less susceptible to EMI, so for GPX users it responds well to higher Rx Gain (where mineralisation allows), and also reduced Stabilizer (higher numbers) for maximum sensitivity on very small gold, with a clear target response. Use Slow motion instead of Very Slow for maximum response on small bits at depth. GP users will experience excellent results in Mono, Sensitive & Deep settings.”
