Detech 8″ round monoloop coil.
Lightweight, robust, high sensitivity and smooth running coil. This is the coil of choice for those tight scrubby areas and working mullock heaps, around spinifex and thick scrub, or rocky dry river beds.

The 8″ Detech Mono coil is a brilliant little gold sniffer. Robust construction for a small coil with an extremely strong shaft mount. This coil is the most sensitive of the round coils – an excellent clean up coil for patches, or use it to sniff out gold on well worked old diggings. Can be used in Sensitive and Deep on the GP series for very good depth on sub gram gold, and works extremely well on the GPX detectors in Sens Extra for milder soils, or Enhance or Fine Gold in heavier mineralisation. Very immune to EMI and very stable over the ground and resists bump falsing, giving you a very stable threshold, or push your Rx Gain higher for a sharper response on those hard to hear targets. Don’t be fooled by the size of this coil, as it will still punch deep on larger targets.
