Detech 15x10″ elliptical monoloop coil
Lightweight, good ground coverage, high sensitivity for its size and smooth running coil. This is an excellent general purpose coil, capable of finding a wide variety of gold sizes at different depths. Bundle wound so has excellent edge sensitivity, for working scrubby terrain and ease of pin-pointing. Also very light so is a great match to the AlgoForce E1500 detector, or anyone wanting a nice light coil for all day use.

Bundle wound mono coils like the 15x10" mono are not as sensitive to their equivalent spiral/flat wound coils, but this comes with a few advantages:
- Bundle coils are generally lighter than spirals
- Bundle coils are less affected by high mineralisation, so can work well on earlier Pulse induction machines
- They have better detection closer to the outside rim of the coil
- They are generally a little cheaper than an equivalent size spiral wound coil
- Being a smooth running coil means you can often push your settings a little more "hot"
- On a GP3500 run in Sensitive, Deep and Medium Tracking for excellent all-round performance
- Use in Fine Gold on the 5000 for wide open areas to find your next patch, then mop up the smalls with a smaller coil like a 9" Elite or 8x6" Sadie.
